Governance Explained
New ideas should be discussed in the governance channel and if deemed to be of value by the DAO core community members or DeCloud labs team, will be structured into a proposal. These proposals first go through a review process by the DAO core community members to ensure they are practical and make sense before being put to vote via snapshot.org.
Voting on proposals come purely from the community via the tokens held in their wallets. The DeCloud labs team does not vote for or against proposals put to the DAO.
